We have a 2002 Jaguar XK8 with only 48k miles on it. Just found out that they Don't service any Jaguars more than 10 years old! Quite a statement of how how long they expect their new cars to last! I had a recall notice for my Jaguar and so I took it to Little Rock Jag/Range Rover for the warranty service. The dealer is a 200-mile trek for me; however, they offered to schedule a service appointment Little Rock Jag/Range Rover for the warranty service. The dealer is a 200-mile trek for me; however, they offered to schedule a service appointment within a reasonable time period. My first issued was that no loaner vehicle was made available to me for the 3 hr service work period. My main issue was that upon return of my car, I noticed that the clear shield that I had installed only a few months prior, covering the front end, clearly had a tear and hole in it. I attempted to notify the service representative who took in the car and failing to do so I attempted to contact the service manager. The service rep. finally returned my call. He had me send him photos of the problem and he stated he would discuss the matter with the manager. I have yet to hear from either individual since I my initial contact. At this point I won't hold my breath to hear from them. Nor will I be returning to this dealership for anything at all! More
