Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this dealership once my Land Rover Discovery was beyond the 50K warranty period. I had some bad luck with my vehicle and needed a waste gate solenoid and dealership once my Land Rover Discovery was beyond the 50K warranty period. I had some bad luck with my vehicle and needed a waste gate solenoid and other items fixed. The Asst. Service Manager would not listen to my concerns and refused to offer any discounts or concessions. I took my car back and was charged over $200 for the inspection. This was disappointing as I had been a previous customer of the service department to get oil changes, and some other items looked at (the former service adv had left unfortunately). I felt extremely unvalued as a customer and that a quick sale was the only priority. Fortunately, I found the amazing service department at Annapolis. Even though it was over 40 miles further for me to drive, it was worth every penny. My service advisor gave me a 10% discount on over 2K of repairs, was extremely courteous and listened to my concerns. His forward thinking and customer service orientation earned the service department a loyal customer over the next two years. I finally traded my vehicle in this year at 100K miles as the repairs were getting too expensive and timely to maintain. If I ever bought another Land Rover again, I would ensure to get an extended service warranty and would definitely only go to the Annapolis dealership to buy and service my car. More

I brought my car in for annual maintenance and it needed a new battery. I have a 2015 Range Rover Sport. My service manager was Tom Matthews. He was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I've owned my Land Rover for approximately 4 years; I put approximately 25,000 miles a year on my Land Rover, and take it in for routine service every 15k. I continue to choose Land Rover West Columbia for my service because I am exceptionally pleased with every service coordinator I've worked with, and the high level of service I receive each time. Ashley Matthews, who assumed one of the service coordinator positions within the last 12 months, continues to help Land Rover West Columbia deliver a high level of customer service by understanding what I believe my service needs are, and translates my description of the problem to what the technicians need to diagnose the service. Ashley and her predecessors understand vehicles; they do not solely schedule service. Ashley is in fact exceptional on scheduling, she keeps me informed with my vehicle repair via text, and coordinates my timely vehicle drop-off with a loaner the evening before service, and my quick pickup when the service is completed. I have no intention to service my Land Rover anywhere else. More
