Poor communication about the issue and now waiting for a new mechanic to start with the dealership. Sadly this is my second RR sport and both have had issues. My 2019 has less than 10k miles on it! I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership; I emailed the GM and he did not have the courtesy to respond back. As the CEO of a company if a customer emails me I always respond within an hour. More

Left the battery cable loose, and me stranded After a routine service call, I got in my vehicle to find the battery dead. The service department couldn't give the information that disconnecting t After a routine service call, I got in my vehicle to find the battery dead. The service department couldn't give the information that disconnecting the battery would re-set the error codes. However we figured it out....with no help from the service dept. For future knowledge, if the battery goes dead, it needs to be reconnected to reset the error codes More

We've come to know PJ over the years and he's one of the best service managers. We've experienced many different dealerships over the years with BMW, Mercedes, Porsche and we always have the best experience with PJ and his service team. More
