This was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Land Rover dealership. I had purchased a wheel maintenance package from them when I bought this car and when I turned it in for them to fix my rims, Land Rover dealership. I had purchased a wheel maintenance package from them when I bought this car and when I turned it in for them to fix my rims, they charged me full price for it stating that they do not have a record of my purchase. It was a ridiculous experience where I had to search for the documents to prove to them that I had, indeed purchased the warranty. Even after I showed them the proof of purchase, the manager tried to tell me that I needed to show this to her before I submitted the car for service… How silly and unprofessional…putting the responsibility back on me to keep records of extended warrantees that THEY sold me?!? SCAM!! Their excuse was that they do not keep these on file. Very unprofessional. It took them over a month to resolve the issue even after I showed them proof of my purchase for the maintenance program. I had to waste my time with my credit card company, disputing the charge. This whole experience made me feel extremely unappreciated by a dealership where I purchased a car that’s worth over $100,000. Totally unbelievable and unexpected as this was the second Range Rover I our need from them over the years. More
