Service staff was great, I hand an electronic issue and no appointment, They took care of me anyway and in less than an hour they also fixed a recall issue while I was there. My service appointment involved a particular unique anomaly involving my new car. This required a complimentary loaner. The ease of drop off and return was pleasant and uneventful. I am impressed by the service tech perseverance in tracking down the reason for the technical anomaly with the media and touchscreen center. They wasted no time in obtaining a solution to correct it. I was also happy with the effort put into correcting the driver window alignment on my new P575. One of the issues required the service tech to contact Jaguar Technical to come up with a plan to correct it since the prescribed method of mitigation would not work. I had been to this Jaguar dealership a couple times to get some issues corrected. IMO - I feel that if the manufacturing process at the Castle Bromwich plant, UK, had taken more time to thoroughly perform checks and quality control on the finished manufacturing and assembly of this last model of F-Type, I would not have had to be inconvenienced by asking the dealership that I ordered it through to correct them. I hope that somehow this review finds its way back to the assembly plant so that they know what steps they could take to improve the vehicle to customer delivery process. The dealership knows what they had to correct, so there is no need to go into the details here. Jaguar Land Rover of West Columbia did everything right. I am happy with them, their sales department, and their service department. Kudos to Ron Speert for suggesting the Tire and Rim and extended 10 year warranty - money well spent on the R75 P575. Thanks to Mike Engle. And thanks to Larry Seiler - great salesman who took my order back in February 2023 and gassed up my Jag R75 P575 for delivery in November. More
