Land Rover Service I have always been very satisfied with the quality of service and the entire process at Land Rover West Columbia, since I purchased my certified pre-o I have always been very satisfied with the quality of service and the entire process at Land Rover West Columbia, since I purchased my certified pre-owned vehicle approximately 3.5 years and 84,000 miles ago.  Every service consultant has been exceptional and has been a pleasure to work with. My appointment always goes smoothly; when a loaner is needed there have been no hassles or delays getting a loaner vehicle when I dropped off my car the evening before my service date.  I have the direct mobile number to the service consultants and the service manager, that allows me the convenience of texting them additional vehicle concerns (that I forgot to mention when I dropped off my vehicle), and allowed them to text me when my car was ready.  The service department has always been accommodating.  I will continue having my vehicle serviced there. More
