He is extremely courteous, professional and thorough, going above and beyond, of what is required of him. He puts you at ease and you know that he will get the job done right. If I am there and I don't see him I do panic as I just want Craig to intercede on my behalf. I can relax, without being concerned, if I am being ripped off. He always has a smile and is so respectful which is something that is missing in today's corporate structure. He makes the difference in me getting my car serviced at this location.
