Service Review of Heritage Jaguar of Freeport I got to the dealership at the appointed time of 7:30 AM. My service advisor (Craig Landau) was ready and waiting for me. My loaner car was ready but I got to the dealership at the appointed time of 7:30 AM. My service advisor (Craig Landau) was ready and waiting for me. My loaner car was ready but the rep said, if I want I can wait as the service work wouldn't be long and I can still be at my place of business by 9:00. He was right on the money and I was out of there by 8:40. Craig was very professional and courteous. He was willing to do whatever I wanted to accommodate me.
