Jaylon met us outside as we drove up to look at the used car in which we had interest. He was professional, efficient, and courteous. After a reasonable back and forth, amiable negotiation, we traded our car in which we had interest. He was professional, efficient, and courteous. After a reasonable back and forth, amiable negotiation, we traded our car in for the beautiful used car in question. He followed up accordingly to ensure the car was ready for us later. Three nice surprises. At one point, the car was placed in a single showroom, with a bow on it, and congratulatory signed statement to us, worthy of a picture. He also had the mildly tarnished Range Rover metallic letters on the front hood replaced, without us asking. The gas tank was filled. Kudos to Jaylon for making this a good experience in several ways. More
