James is an amazing asset to your company. He was soo overly helpful, greatly knowledgeable and able to assess my needs and guide me to the perfect car for me. Normally the car buying process is long, drawn out and extremely difficult. He and the General Manager made my personal experience fun and very enjoyable. They were both invested in my happiness and I felt they were just as excited for me as I was. There was no pressure only guidance and unending customer service. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the door. James greeted me and when he went to retrieve the vehicle I requested to look at, Thomas introduced himself, showed me where the snacks and drinks we James greeted me and when he went to retrieve the vehicle I requested to look at, Thomas introduced himself, showed me where the snacks and drinks were and made sure I was comfortable. James is extremely knowledgeable of the product, friendly, personable and was not pushy like most car salespeople I have encountered in the past. My test drive was thorough and fun! This is the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. James and Thomas made the whole process seamless and fast. I will most definitely use Land Rover Fort Wayne in the future. I am now a very happy owner of 2023 Range Rover Sport! More
