I made an appointment a week before the date I wanted my car serviced. I dropped the car off on the day of the appointment, a Tuesday, and was told the car might not get into the shop that day. Later learned the car wouldn’t get into that week. The car was finally looked at the next Wednesday, eight days after I dropped it off. It was a further week before my car was done. Why would you make an appointment when your shop was too busy took on the car? More
