I had the worst experience at this car dealership. The customer service was terrible—they lied about me and even had the nerve to hang up on me when I was trying to defend myself! On top of that, the prices for labor and services are insanely high. I can’t believe how they treat customers here. I’ll never be coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even though there was an “angel” manager who came to mediate very professionally (one guy who is so different from everyone there and I will always recommend), the harm on my person was already done.
