Worst experience ever! Took them over a month to repair car, returned it and it started leaking within an hour of getting it back. They sent a tow truck driver to fetch it and my husband Al had to load it on the ramp as he was afraid and said it was a fire hazard. Took it back a second time and when I picked it up they had damaged the outside of the vehicle! I’m still without it and it’s been 3 months! Will never ever go to Chantilly Landrover once I finally get my car back More

Quality of services performed is good. I was happy with the fact service staff went extra mile to fix the issue. Wait time while dropping off the car for service is bit longer than neces I was happy with the fact service staff went extra mile to fix the issue. Wait time while dropping off the car for service is bit longer than necessary. Service dept front desk is short staffed. When I try to reach them by phone, there is 50% chance no one would answer the call. This requires improvement. More
