We have purchased 5 cars from this dealership in the past 7 years . The service department was horrible this time not happy at all. No updates on my car unless I CALLED unacceptable . You need to take notes from other dealers , our daughters Volvo for example she took it in and had texts the whole process . We have spent close to 800 K with this dealership I would expect MUCH better treatment for a client that has been a loyal purchaser of high end cars . Very disappointed. More
I totally realize it’s not the dealership’s problem that my tire took a few days to be delivered. However, I do think it’s unacceptable that there was not a loaner car available. Not impressed with the process of buying my vehicle from here recently. Got "sold" but not with any level of service. It's been more than 72 hours since I called the used car manager.
