My service advisor Steve Heath is great and provides updates on the status of the repair and when done, explains in detail the work performed both before and after the service. The prices are fair for the quality of worked performed. Have and will continue to recommend the Great Britains. More

I now own three new vehicles from this dealership all because of their outstanding Service and Sales Departments. I always get prompt attention, easily get a convenient service appointment, they pick up because of their outstanding Service and Sales Departments. I always get prompt attention, easily get a convenient service appointment, they pick up and delivery the vehicle, and they call me to go over all scheduled maintenance and any reminders of things that I might have forgotten before and after the work is complete AND the work has without fail been done completely and accurately. I JUST LOVE these guys! More

Working with your dealership has been the worst experience I have ever had with an auto dealership. I purchased a used Acura MDX on December 8th, 2011 with the promise of “truly exceptional servic experience I have ever had with an auto dealership. I purchased a used Acura MDX on December 8th, 2011 with the promise of “truly exceptional service” from Kim in finance. This was an absolute lie. The process of purchasing this vehicle was horrible from the beginning. I flew in from Seattle the night before the purchase with explicit instructions to be at the dealership by 9am, only to sit for 3 hours before the transaction even began. Bob Nicholls said that Kim had been contacted to come in early for the process, but she didn’t even show up until 10am and made the comment “I wish they had let me know, I could have come in early.” Leaving at 1:30pm, after 4.5 hrs at the dealership, with our used vehicle was the least of our problems. The real problem was related to the registration and transfer of title. I was given a 30 day temporary tag with the promise of WA state plates coming in the mail. As the deadline approached I called on a daily basis with nobody at the dealership ever able to tell me where the vehicle’s title actually was. Finally, after 3 days of driving my vehicle without a temporary tag (having been pulled over by the state patrol once and given a warning for this), I had to go and purchase the WA license/registration. So, even though I paid the dealership over 200.00 to register the vehicle, I again paid WA state the same fee. Of course, I called and talked to Tom Burton. Tom requested I fax the receipt so I could be reimbursed. I faxed it the next day, and two months later got a check for 50.00. Finally, 3 months after I purchased the vehicle I got my WA license plates and title. I have paid the dealership 220 to register the vehicle, I again paid WA state 235 to register the vehicle (and was reimbursed approximately 50.00), and I paid the dealership 100.00 to complete this sale. The most frustrating part of this process is the complete lack of communication and follow-through by all members of this dealership, including Tom. I have left numerous voice mails with no call back and even when I finally get to speak with someone, be in Tom, Kim, or Bob, I get promised a call back that never takes place. This dealership has horrible customer service, cannot follow-through on promises and thus has resulted in the worse car-buying experience I have ever participated in. A good dealership would have admitted their mistake, apologized, followed through with their promises, and reimbursed me for my registration fees (and refunded the 100.00 profit they made on the transaction). I will never recommend this dealership and will definitely never do business with them again. Sincerely, Todd Davis 253-219-8951 More
I was looking for a 06 Maserati Gran Sport coupe for months. There were not many in market and I wanted a particular color. After almost giving up on my search, I found one at The Great Britains in Will months. There were not many in market and I wanted a particular color. After almost giving up on my search, I found one at The Great Britains in Willow Grove. I live quite a distance from the dealership so I was reluctant to make the trip without speaking with a knowledgable salesmen. I called in and spoke with Matt Smyth. He was very polite and professional. From the beginning, he admitted to me that he was did not know much about the vehicle. Fortunately enough, he had his sales manager, Michael Di Dio call me to discuss. Michael was very helpful and he really impressed me with his knowledge on my car. He accurately described it on the phone and it was enough for me to committ to purchase. I picked it up a few days later and was pleasantly surpised how clean and mint my maserati looked. I'm so happy I had the opportunity to buy my dream car and my experience with The Great Britains was fantastic!! I highly recommend doing business with these gentlemen. Michael and Matt are the perfect example to the "new school" way of doing business in the car industry. I will certainly call them in the future for my next vehicle. Thanks again guys!! More

The sales process was great. Matt Smyth in sales was a pleasure to work with. The post-sales and titling support is atrocious. They were late filing the registration paperwork and according to the dea pleasure to work with. The post-sales and titling support is atrocious. They were late filing the registration paperwork and according to the dealer they did it incorrectly once they sent it. Initially they had blamed the motor vehicle administration until I checked with the MVA and found out they had not yet sent the paperwork. Their solution was to send a letter asking police officers to not ticket me rather than another temporary registration. This is illegal and I could be put in jail if involved in an accident. They keep giving me dates when the registration will arrive and they have not made one yet. I am stuck with an unregistered vehicle that I can’t register because they have all of the paperwork. The title people do not answer the phone or return phone calls and the receptionist transfers me straight to their voicemail. Updaye: I tracked down the owners email address and copied them when contacting the paperwork people and all of a sudden the plates were ovenighted the same day. More
