Very seldom in a new car presentation have I found a salesperson that combines the qualities of informative, friendliness, honesty, and humor with that of customer best interest. Michael did, and even though we did not complete the purchase, I felt compelled to share these experiences, that both my wife and I felt during the three occasions that we visited. For the most part...the purchase came to a halt after I discovered my potential trade in vehicle from Carfax had a structural damage issue from 10 years ago that I had no idea would have such impact on trade in value. You often hear about 'the stresses of buying a car'. These are not the voices of people who shop at Land Rover Jaguar Willow Grove. Though my family members have purchased cars here before, I was car'. These are not the voices of people who shop at Land Rover Jaguar Willow Grove. Though my family members have purchased cars here before, I was going to buy my first vehicle (October. 2013 Jaguar XF Supercharged). My inexperience caused some obvious concerns that were quickly set aside by the incredible staff. They not only sold me the car, Mike Jr and Kim made sure that I understood each step of the process. They were attentive, quick to answer all of my questions, and informative with those answers. Though I did not intend to speak to their service team so quickly, a large screw punctured my tire at a car wash. I spoke to both Brandon and Bob on separate occasions. Both were helpful and consistent in discussing what they thought would need to be done and what the cost would be. The next day, someone drove to my office, picked up the car, and dropped off a loaner. Before I cut out for the night, my car was repaired and back at my office for me to take home. Things will inevitably happen to a vehicle, knowing I have someone I can trust and rely on when they do happen takes away a lot of stress associated with it. Thank you LR and Jaguar of Willow Grove! You have a customer for life. More

We had always been a BMW owner Just wanted to acknowledge what a great experience we had with Michael Jr. Smyth. We purchased a new Jaguar XF. We had always been a BMW owner until we went to test drive a Jag with him one day. We were sold. His professionalism and knowledge of the car won us over. The transaction was easy and he went over everything with us. He also spent alot of time going over all the features when we picked the car up. He puts the customer first and does an exceptional job answering all the questions we had. We look forward to upgrading a bigger model with him when our lease is done.
