I had stopped in a little over a year ago to take a look at the F-type but they were not avai This was actually my second purchase at this dealership. I had stopped in a little over a year ago to take a look at the F-type but they were not available at that time. Bob Nicholls was the sales representative who we met at the dealership. Very personable and professional. He then showed a great preowned certified 2008 Jag XK. Got it a great price and as we had just moved to the US we had to go through the credit rating drama, which Bob, Kimberly and others helped us navigate. Servicing has been exceptional and the team were always friendly and professional. Then this year I came back to look again at the F-type, Bob and Tom were both helpful in providing me an update on all the latest deals and what was available on the lot. After looking at a few candidates I found the one I wanted and they worked diligently to make it work, including working on my new credit rating. Jenna then efficiently got me through the paper work and within a couple of hours I was on the road in a new car. The service, the people and the environment they create is great, bit like a family. Overall a great dealership and great experiences so far. More
