Thank you lexdiamonds for your frank and honest feedback. As you have acknowledged, the vehicle was not smoking when you purchased it. Unfortunately the 3-month 3,000 mile powertrain warranty that was provided to you at the time of sale did not include the valve stem seals. Once you made us aware of the issue, our management team made calls on your behalf and arranged to have the work completed at a reduced price. We will continue to do due diligence to ensure that our customers enjoy the highest level of customer service and apologize that you did not feel you had a good experience.
