Poor Customer Service I had a very positive experience the first time around. 90% of of the work was done via email. But this time, Mike was wholly unresponsive to email, I had a very positive experience the first time around. 90% of of the work was done via email. But this time, Mike was wholly unresponsive to email, seemed completely disinterested. Also, I would rate my experience with this service department as one star. I was told that I would be provided with a complimentary loaner (Range Rover or Jaguar) for all service appointments. Every time, I had to go through the headache of renting a car through Enterprise through their service department. I made the dealership pay for it, but was always provided with economy cars. More
