Jay was optimistic, personable and was very transparent from the initial phone call to me driving off the lot with a new Jaguar XE. I was really impressed with his patience. He showed me all the features in the car and metrophacially explained them when needed. We had to wait for the underwriter which is a part of the process which during that time, we ended up talking about our families, friends, values and beliefs. At one point Jay gave me a tour of the lot to get some fresh air. I felt like a bought a car from a family member. Really impressionable. The staff was amazing as well. From the underwriter to the floor manager to the cashier. I just can’t believe how incredible the experience was. Of course I spent a little more monthly than anticipated but I was willing to do that out of purpose. I did for trust Jay built for Jaguar. Make sure Jay gets an opportunity to teach others in a leadership role on how to create rapport because my belief is when you focus on the people, we want to buy regardless of price. Nice work Jay! Brakes I have a Jaguar F-Pace with only 16k miles on it and the brakes have been squeaking for the last 3k if not more. I took it to the dealer and they said I have a Jaguar F-Pace with only 16k miles on it and the brakes have been squeaking for the last 3k if not more. I took it to the dealer and they said the brakes are at 90% and said it was the tire shine. So i took the tire shine off the car wash and washed it a couple times....brakes still squeak. Take it in because the O2 sensor went and mentioned about the brakes still squeaking. They if the O2 sensor but say the brakes aren't making the squeaking sound when they are driving it. Its so fustrating that dealerships like this one don't believe you. Why would i want to waste 2 hours dealing with the dealership and loaner cars. Why does it take 3 times for me to mention about the brakes. We pay a lot of money for cars and they can't fix or tell you they will replace the brakes. They are at 90%. Not as if they were at 15% and i am trying to get a free pair of front brakes. POOR SERVICE!!! More

They visited the dealership in hopes of simply gaining a better understanding about the F-Pace and Jamaal walked through answering their questions but also did so in a consultative way where he was obviously interested in gaining our business but also in ensuring that after we left the showroom that the entire experience was a positive one. Since I was unable to join during the initial visit, Jamaal emailed and texted me all the information that he shared with my wife to get me up to speed. Following that, we went back into the dealership 2 days after my wife's initial visit and a few hours later drove out with a new vehicle. Had the initial experience with my wife and brother-in-law not been so positive, we would have never gone back. He's a class-act when it comes to talking through different options, xxxxxxand con's, and pairing that with how the vehicle is going to used. More

Jamaal was very knowledgeable and I immediately trusted him. Since I was not really certain about what I wanted in a car, his instincts and suggestions were exactly what I needed. The entire experience at this dealership more than exceeded my expectations. Anytime I called Jamaal with questions he was always patient and helped me become comfortable with my decision. Finally, the day we picked up the new car was extraordinary. Although I’m sure the dealership was very busy, we had all the attention we needed.
