I was a cash buyer and purchased a 2018 Land Rover Discovery Sport in mid July. I wish I would have gone with my gut feeling and walked out and purchased a vehicle elsewhere! He was busy with up to 3 other clients while I was there. He quickly showed me the vehicle and never even offered a test drive. I waited 2.5 hours to close a CASH deal. When I was leaving, he spent 5 minutes showing me a few things on the vehicle and told me I could come back sometime and he would show me more about the vehicle. I live 45 minutes away. This was a certified pre-owned vehicle. It’s been having some issues, so I took it in on October 3. I received a text on October 14th that it hasn’t even been seen by a technician. They aren’t able to tell me a time frame if when it will even be looked at!!! I was given a loaner so maybe I shouldn’t even be complaining, but I would actually like to be able to drive the car I purchased! If you want to purchase a car with issues, poor salesmanship and unacceptable service times, then by all means shop at Tom Wood! More
Service at Tom Wood Volvo was superb! I needed a tire repair on my 2022 XC60. Called Service Department, thinking it might be 2-3 days before I could get an appointment. They got me an appointment within an hour of my call. Upon arrival, Tammy Greeson in Service got my into service department immediately. Later, she came back to report the tire needed to be replaced because the puncture could not be repaired. I told her I had a meeting in 45 minutes, so I wasn't sure I could wait and would have to get a taxi. She said the repair fellow worked quickly and she would see to it that I would be able to make it to my meeting. 20 minutes later, the car is done and I am on my way to the 3 pm meeting. Tammy is the BEST! She has handled my service appointments several times, and always does an excellent job! Thank you, Tammy! You deserve all 10s! More

If I could give negative stars I would. To sum it up I signed for a car and they sold it without telling me. I put down a $1000 deposit on a Thursday, which they told me would ensure I would get the car. I was planning to come in Monday to get it after my loan went through. On Saturday they text me telling me I needed to come in that day because 2 other people wanted to buy the car. I let them know I was out of town and could not, plus I reminded them they told me that deposit ensures the car is mine. They said okay, Monday it is. Monday comes and I text to let them know I’ll be there and they tell me they sold the car. I’m not even sure if what they did was legal since I signed an agreement that I was purchasing the car and had money down. Then they took 3 days to finally get me my $1000 back. I highly recommend you stay far away from Tom wood. More

Could not have been happier with how my experience went at Tom Wood. We got to Indianapolis after a 3 hour drive only to find my A/C was inoperable. Being an 86° day, it was going to be a MUCH longer driv at Tom Wood. We got to Indianapolis after a 3 hour drive only to find my A/C was inoperable. Being an 86° day, it was going to be a MUCH longer drive back home, I decided to stop in and see if they could squeeze us into their busy schedule. Thankfully they were able to not only able to find the problem (faulty low side hose), but also replaced it, and got my air conditioning blowing good as new. The facilities were excellent, staff was accomodating, and the experience as a whole was excellent. More
