Not sure you’re going to want my response to be public. My service call was well handled, everything went smoothly, and I was well satisfied. Since then, however, I have been inundated with unwelcome messages about having missed appointments for servicing my Jaguar and Land Rover!! (Neither of which I own!!!) My Volvo was well cared for, and that should be the end of it! Please stop pestering me!

The estimated $450-950 does include the labor ! You may just google it to see. Plus I was really disappointed that I was told everything was fine for my car during my last December comprehensive maintenance and checkup! If I know my car needs those services, I may shop around instead.
