The dealership had a car listed both on Cars. com, and their own dealership website that I was prepared to buy at distance, fly to pick up, amd drive 8 hrs back home. However, when I started the process to acquire it, only then did a salesman tell me, via text, thsat the vehicle had already been sold. That was 10 days ago. And the vehicle is still listed on your website. So I would have to give the dealership a grade F. More

I was a cash buyer and purchased a 2018 Land Rover Discovery Sport in mid July. I wish I would have gone with my gut feeling and walked out and purchased a vehicle elsewhere! I had a scheduled appoi Discovery Sport in mid July. I wish I would have gone with my gut feeling and walked out and purchased a vehicle elsewhere! I had a scheduled appointment with James. He was busy with up to 3 other clients while I was there. He quickly showed me the vehicle and never even offered a test drive. I waited 2.5 hours to close a CASH deal. When I was leaving, he spent 5 minutes showing me a few things on the vehicle and told me I could come back sometime and he would show me more about the vehicle. I live 45 minutes away. This was a certified pre-owned vehicle. It’s been having some issues, so I took it in on October 3. I received a text on October 14th that it hasn’t even been seen by a technician. They aren’t able to tell me a time frame if when it will even be looked at!!! I was given a loaner so maybe I shouldn’t even be complaining, but I would actually like to be able to drive the car I purchased! If you want to purchase a car with issues, poor salesmanship and unacceptable service times, then by all means shop at Tom Wood! More

Service at Tom Wood Volvo was superb! I needed a tire repair on my 2022 XC60. Called Service Department, thinking it might be 2-3 days before I could get an appointment. They got me an ap I needed a tire repair on my 2022 XC60. Called Service Department, thinking it might be 2-3 days before I could get an appointment. They got me an appointment within an hour of my call. Upon arrival, Tammy Greeson in Service got my into service department immediately. Later, she came back to report the tire needed to be replaced because the puncture could not be repaired. I told her I had a meeting in 45 minutes, so I wasn't sure I could wait and would have to get a taxi. She said the repair fellow worked quickly and she would see to it that I would be able to make it to my meeting. 20 minutes later, the car is done and I am on my way to the 3 pm meeting. Tammy is the BEST! She has handled my service appointments several times, and always does an excellent job! Thank you, Tammy! You deserve all 10s! More
