Outstanding customer service We live 75 miles from the dealership. We were able to plan our trip over to have our F-Pace serviced, receiving a courtesy vehicle for the day. After returning home, we needed to return again due to small glitch with the computer update they had installed. Instead of having us return all the way to the dealership, our service advisor sent over a driver with a courtesy vehicle and picked ours up from the house and returned it the same weight following the second service visit. The service department went above and beyond with this level of customer care. This type of attention to detail creates brand satisfaction beyond words with my wife and myself ! More

My experience with Rod Shaw who handles the Range Rover service side has been excellent. He is knowledgeable, gets things done and is very focused on customer satisfaction. Ted Adolay on the sales side is also focused and creative in finding solutions for those looking to buy. More
