The only thing I didn't like about the dealership are the sticker prices for the same vehicles are more than other dealerships. You need to really negotiate to get a better price. More

Service I brought my car in to have the cooling system checked out. The service department did not have a loaner car available, but set me up with a rental c I brought my car in to have the cooling system checked out. The service department did not have a loaner car available, but set me up with a rental car. As I was driving less than 1 mile from the dealer, the rear windshield suddenly shattered while I was waiting for the traffic light to turn green. To make a long story short, my car insurance covered the replacement, but I had a deductible. After explaining my situation to the service representative, she took my case to the Land Rover Service Manager, who reduced the repair bill by the amount of my deductible. I was impressed by this move and shows that they value me as a customer. I live in Bloomington (1.5 hrs drive), but only trust LR to do my regular and scheduled maintenance on my Range Rover. I will continue to go there for all future mechanical work. More

Outstanding customer service We live 75 miles from the dealership. We were able to plan our trip over to have our F-Pace serviced, receiving a courtesy vehicle for the day. After returning home, we needed to return again due to small glitch with the computer update they had installed. Instead of having us return all the way to the dealership, our service advisor sent over a driver with a courtesy vehicle and picked ours up from the house and returned it the same weight following the second service visit. The service department went above and beyond with this level of customer care. This type of attention to detail creates brand satisfaction beyond words with my wife and myself ! More

I have owned several cars (Jags and Range Rovers) and have a long time relationship with this dealership. It has not always been top notch but it has become exactly that over the past several years. My experience with Rod Shaw who handles the Range Rover service side has been excellent. He is knowledgeable, gets things done and is very focused on customer satisfaction. Ted Adolay on the sales side is also focused and creative in finding solutions for those looking to buy. More
