Trade with Tom Wood Jag because of Service Department! Have had two Jags. First one had nearly 200K miles before traded it in; current one over 100K. Customer service is a joke Recently purchased a Range Rover. The car is beautiful and so far appears to be doing fine. However, if you’re looking for top of the line service you should just go to Mercedes or BMW. If you happen to like wasting your precious time, than this is the place for you! They will not answer or return calls promptly, they will transfer you to different people and have you leave messages only to receive no response. Additionally, if you buy a car in cash they WILL NOT INCLUDE FLOOR MATS. Apparently these aren’t “included” and this was never communicated during the sale of the vehicle nor were we given instructions on how to purchase them since they aren’t provided. Car is nice but customer service was so terribly inefficient that I will certainly not return. More
