Jerry was awesome, very professional and patient with everything that was going on with me. It was my first time there to get a tire repaired. I relocated from TN and I will admit Iām used to the advisor everything that was going on with me. It was my first time there to get a tire repaired. I relocated from TN and I will admit Iām used to the advisor going over all the details that were performed but I didnāt receive it. I also did not like the fact that a paper protection was not provided when my vehicle was taken to the back to get serviced, I had to ask the young gentleman who took my vehicle to the back why there wasnāt any protection put down he apologized but next time if thereās a next time I require certain amenities. I guess you can say the dealership in Memphis has me spoiled and honestly they know how to treat a customer. Also what I found to be very disappointing is that my tire pressure option was not restored my vehicle was not washed as promised on the website. Overall the professional attitude I received from Jerry is why I give it a five on the service, no car protection no car wash the tire was dirty was not washed I give it a zero. It was xxxxxxxx, I rather ship my truck to Memphis and have the level of awesome service to continue. More

The dealership had a car listed both on Cars. com, and their own dealership website that I was prepared to buy at distance, fly to pick up, amd drive 8 hrs back home. However, when I started the p com, and their own dealership website that I was prepared to buy at distance, fly to pick up, amd drive 8 hrs back home. However, when I started the process to acquire it, only then did a salesman tell me, via text, thsat the vehicle had already been sold. That was 10 days ago. And the vehicle is still listed on your website. So I would have to give the dealership a grade F. More
