Again no loaners availabe even though I called to make a service appointment but had to wait a week and a half to drop for service because that was the next date a loaner car would be available. After going over the recalls and failing missing parts of my car. Drivers side (door handle) and Panel on hood which literally flew off the day I picked up after ordering the car 6 months earlier. My service agent asked me to follow her service back to the rental car office. At this point I explanined I had no time to wait to fill out the paperwork for the rental as I had to wait 30 minutes my last visit to begin the rental process. My agent then had to meet with the manager of Tom Wood who allowed me to use one of the " roadside service vehicles". This was all good until I realized the vehicle had no gas and was low on washer fluid after having snow the night before. No I would not recommend this dealer. It's all too complicated and should be easy after you spend over 100K on a brand new vehicle. More

Each time I took the $100,000 car in, I was treated poorly. Each time they had to order the part and I had to leave the car and wait until it could be installed. This resulted in about 4 weeks of the car being in the shop. The third time I asked for a loaner and was provided with a car that they charged me insurance at a daily rate and gas-essentially rented me a car for warranty work. I am actively evaluating selling the car because of the repair issues and the lack of service from this dealer More

Awful Just was the worst experience ever. Sat there for 5 hours with no results while others were leaving in 30 minutes. Gave me the wrong price for my serv Just was the worst experience ever. Land Rover D2 Rescue I left my old Discovery 2002 at Tom Wood after the engine fan came off, the belt came loose, the coolant tank empty and off the market clamps removed I left my old Discovery 2002 at Tom Wood after the engine fan came off, the belt came loose, the coolant tank empty and off the market clamps removed and improperly installed by the LR dealer in Columbus OH. Yes, I drove it all the way to Indy to get somebody who knows what to do and not a clown circus. The Tom Wood team delivered above and beyond as expected from an experienced certified LR team. I will never go back to the LR dealer in Columbus, OH, I spend over 7K on engine work, poorly performed and with refusal to fix it again (that was the worse). Long story short, I will be stopping by Tom Wood any time I need something important done in my D2 when I am in the area. I use them in the past for my ford truck and VW beetle. Great reliability and service. Thanks a lot. More
