Generally a good experience Booking the service was easy but long wait to check car in on arrival. Car was very dirty when I collected it. When I had serious tire damage from the recent craters in I-465 he found a third tire that was also damaged and recommended it be replaced. I suggested he replace all four tires but he recommended against doing so since there was so little wear on the fourth tire. This is the kind of thoughtful service Dan provides his Jaguar customers and I appreciate his knowledge (which is second to none) and his integrity. More
