Poor handling of repeat customer After leaving our previously scheduled appointment due to being forgotten about during check in, we returned a couple months later with engine perform After leaving our previously scheduled appointment due to being forgotten about during check in, we returned a couple months later with engine performance problems. Our first correspondence from dealership was to blame us for damage to the engine and to say there was no way the dealer or manufacturer was going to participate in the required repairs on the Diesel engine with 32000 miles. It took 4 weeks of time and 15,000 dollars to get our car back. More
Great service and communication!! Josh and Dan always do an excellent job of keeping me informed regarding the status of my wife's car when it is serviced there. This is the 3rd Jagua Josh and Dan always do an excellent job of keeping me informed regarding the status of my wife's car when it is serviced there. This is the 3rd Jaguar that we have had serviced there and the car loaner service is great benefit which minimizes any disruptions to our schedules. I have been very pleased with everyone that I've dealt with at the dealership for the past 5 years. More
Very Iffy Service at Tom Wood Jaguar Recently, after buying my first Jaguar, I was told they would not cover my oil change, per my maintenance plan, because I was a little late in request Recently, after buying my first Jaguar, I was told they would not cover my oil change, per my maintenance plan, because I was a little late in requesting it. And this came right after I had called them and left several messages several times over several weeks asking them how to check my oil (there is no dipstick for this model, it is computerized), and Tom Wood's service department never responded to my messages. So, after I waited another month to get in their service schedule, they made the excuse that they got a new voicemail system and some messages had been lost, so they charged me $120 for my "late" oil change. No consideration given or responsibility for their lost messages and long wait time for my appointment, they just charged me $120. My latest experience is that I have been waiting for weeks on end for a replacement part, which is covered under warrantee, to be shipped from England. I am still waiting for that LED spoiler brake light that literally just fell off my car while driving down the interstate. Apparently this is happening a lot with this model, so there are no parts in the US, I am told. So now I continue to drive around in my 2017 Jaguar, with tape holding it together, and no information about when I will be able to get it repaired. Overall, after spending a lot on a beautiful, high end Jaguar, I am pretty disappointed with the customer service and will have second thoughts about Jaguar when I am ready to get my next car. My previous car was a BMW, and by comparison, the Jaguar service department has some work to do. But I am hopeful that it is not a lost cause, and maybe Tom Wood Jaguar Service Department will come through and up their game... More

First salesman I encountered was frosty did not even bother to return emails. I went straight to Porsche from there, right down the street, to lease a Cayenne instead. Unfortunately they had nothing that met my specifications and recommended building one which would take 3-6 months! I did not have even 1 week! Came back to Landrover hoping to find someone else who would be more accommodating. Was met by Paul Bennett who proved to be astounding! Five stars ?? ???????? for Paul! He was very friendly and I felt he was committed to helping me find the vehicle I wanted, taking his time to review the different models and extras. Walked out of there the very next day with a vehicle. Overall, a good/ positive experience. I would give each category below a five star review, but for my initial botched experience. More
Terrible service and service rep is not willing to find answers, instead says I do not have an answer for this or that! Dropped car off for suggested service service and service rep is not willing to find answers, instead says I do not have an answer for this or that! Dropped car off for suggested service and it took them 3 days to get me my car back...keep in mind I called a month ahead to schedule the service. Also just had another issue, they cannot even look at my car until another month out! Worst car experience I have had and friends have had similar issues with trying to purchase. More

New Jaguar Warranty Service Appoitment Nightmare First I am not one to write reviews but seems to be the only place someone from Jaguar Dealership takes the time to read and resolve Customers not so First I am not one to write reviews but seems to be the only place someone from Jaguar Dealership takes the time to read and resolve Customers not so pleasant experiences even if answering in a template alike response. To make this short bought a new Jaguar happy as I could be, Drove home. Few days later notice one of the front headlight was fogging over, called the Dealership explained the problem. I was told to bring the car for them to take a look. I had to wait a while for them to fit me in their schedule. I live almost 2 hours from Dealership so I assumed when I got there they would see the problem change the headlight clear cover and we would be done. First thing they tell me when I arrived is that I did not have an appt. Then I had to pretty much argue with the Gentleman to tell him indeed I had one and not only did I had an appt. I had confirmed the previous day. Anyway they take my car and I go and wait. One hour half later they come and tell me they have to order the part that they don't have it and they will be in contact with me when part came in. Never contacted me about receiving the part. Two months later have other issues with Car Sunroof, tires, ect. Keep in mind this is a brand new Jaguar driven for 4 months. Get another appt. Make sure to ask about my other part I never heard back from and also to make sure they had parts for what I was bringing the vehicle for. To make the story short once again Arrived at Dealership earlier than the time scheduled to be in firt thing in the morning and I am told once again the appt. was not for another 3 weeks. I am not sure what type of people they think are purchasing this expensive vehicles but the second time around it's offensive to be told you don't have an appt. Today but you have one in 3 weeks. Does Jaguar Staff thinks their customers like drive for 2 hours just because and especially after the first time fiasco about not having an appt.?. Once again be told no I am sorry but your appt.. Is not until another date.... 3 weeks ahead. The lack of organization and communication in this place is evident. Once I can let it go, twice.... I never had this experiences before making appts and being told I am not there on the right day or the wrong time, let alone twice. If a Service Manager and staff can't keep straight the appts they make with their customers I hate to think what other more complex things they can't keep straight. Your Customers deserve respectful proffesionals at all times, they are the ones that will make your name and brand be at the top. More
Bad sales, bad service dept I wanted a Range Rover Sport. I have never had one and always wanted one. My first sales rep was horrible, treated me like I couldn't afford the car I wanted a Range Rover Sport. I have never had one and always wanted one. My first sales rep was horrible, treated me like I couldn't afford the car and didnt have anything for me (he even wrote in a email that he didnt have anythign "cheaper" in response to my asking if he had a diesel I could test drive instead of the gasoline- I never said I wanted "cheaper"! Anyhow, then I called and got a new sales rep and all went great, I got the Rover I wanted and everything was finally OK. Then, 3 months later, the computer started to fail in the car. I called to get an appt and was told I had to wait 3 weeks which was ok because it wasn't a big deal, only intermittent. Now it is failing every 1.5 minutes, shutting off and then rebooting making it impossible to drive safely- the entire dash and all screens shut down! I called to get an appointment sooner and was told they don't have anything sooner. So I am supposed to try to drive like this?!? Infuriating! First because the car is so new and secondly because it is so expensive! I am so angry!!! I feel like i should just call the 24 hour service number and have it towed in, maybe then they will fix it. I don't know what to do. Now when I call service it just goes to voicemail. So infuriating! More
