They’ll break your car even further!!! After two weeks waiting for a scheduled appointment I finally left my Land Rover LR3 for maintenance. The A/C stopped blowing cold air, but it was sti After two weeks waiting for a scheduled appointment I finally left my Land Rover LR3 for maintenance. The A/C stopped blowing cold air, but it was still blowing air. That was the SOLE reason why I took the car RUNNING there. Well then, 11 days after I left the car there, I got a quote of $7700 to replace the A/C compressor and other minor defects they claimed to have found on the car. Obviously due to unreasonable price I chose not to do the service, thus I’d have to pay the diagnosis fee. Which was fine by me. Anyway, by the time my wife went there to pick up the car IT WAS NOT EVEN RUNNING ANYMORE. They had her wait with my son for almost 2 hours and then they called me saying that the STARTER WAS GONE and a new one would COST ME at least $1100. My wife then went home and next day I headed there. After negotiations they gave me only two options, REPAIR what was not broken when I left the car for $600 or get the car TOWED in 24 hours. I ended up paying the $600 to get rid of them, but I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. And I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP THAT IS LAND ROVER, and if they do that they NEVER TAKE TO TOOM WOOD FOR MAINTENANCE, for they will TAKE FOREVER TO LOOK AT IT and at the end of the day you will end having to PAY FOR WHAT WAS NOT EVEN BROKEN IN THE FIRST PLACE. NEXT TIME I WILL BUY A REAL CAR and take it to a REAL SHOP FOR MAINTENANCE. Lesson learned! More

We first looked at Volvo’s about a year ago but didn’t do anything until recently. He was incredibly polite and patient with us. No hard selling and you could tell truly believed in the value of Volvo’s. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and with the overall experience. Highly recommend both the car and RT. We’ll stick with Volvo in years to come based on the customer service alone. RT mentioned most of his clients have been with him for years and own several Volvo’s. Think that says a lot. More

Takes to long for service I tried to schedule service due to check engine light coming on and AC not working properly. I was told that since car was driveable to go ahead and s I tried to schedule service due to check engine light coming on and AC not working properly. I was told that since car was driveable to go ahead and schedule service which was 4 weeks out. My car engine overheated 2 weeks later and I had $4k in damage 2 weeks later because I was In a ticking time bomb. Personnel know they have a problem, but they can’t remedy and they don’t care at the end on the day. I won’t ever buy a Jag again. Love the car, but the service expectation is so so beyond below expectations that it isn’t justifiable. If you want to own the brand, plan on spending multiple thousands of dollars of upkeep or find somebody to service that you trust outside of the dealership. More

I purchased my Range Rover in another st Tom Wood Jaguar Land Rover Volvo provides the worst customer service of any car dealership I have ever used. I purchased my Range Rover in another state and needed a service provider in Indiana. I have had nothing but frustrating experiences. I have found it extremely difficult to even schedule a service appt. When you call Tom Wood you get an operator that will gladly direct you to someone's voicemail who will probably not call you back. Both times I have had my car serviced, no one has called me to tell me when my car is done. Again, I would call and get a voicemail. It's impossible to talk one-on-one with anyone here. Their car rental service is the same. They gave me a car with a bad tire and a tire pressure light that came on and soon as I left their lot. The tire blew and I was left paying over $300 for the tire. I drove Mercedes for 10 years and always received top of the line customer service. Tom Wood does not know how to provide this level of customer service. Stay away from this place if you can. More
