What other options did I have besides shaking your hand, paying $600 dollars and praying for another part “not to break” while the car was parked at your dealership? Or should I have just done the opposite and let you tow my car to the impound lot? I took my car there to be fixed, and I left the dealership feeling like I was extorted. By the way, you had also included in your quote that my front wheel bearings were gone and needed to be replaced. Well, guess what, I took it to a real shop and they disassembled them and found out that they are almost brand new. Then I called the dealership from who I bought the car months ago and they confirmed that they had replaced it just prior to selling me the car. I feel like I was completely cheated, and I guarantee you this feeling is not just mine. You should be ashamed to have called me demanding that I raise the stars on my review. I will tell you what, if I was your corporate office I would be thinking much more about raising the standards of Tom Wood’s customer relationship and experience. That is what needs to be raised. I feel sorry for the group owner though that most likely has no clue that such practices are common at his dealerships. In fact, when I went to pick the car I WAS OVERCHARGED ALMOST $100 on my credit card. If I hadn’t noticed and demanded you to cancel the transaction and do it correctly I would have paid even more then we agreed to. If that is called good service and respect for the customer, I will let your corporate office tell you. I honestly hope that it gets to the owner knowledge.
