After driving 1/2 way to Rosenthal Jaguar for my oil/filter change, I realized that I had left my masks in my daily driver vehicle, and knew that I'd have to reschedule my service. But unexpectedly, and so very professionally, Mr. Simoules graciously opened a box of face masks and offered me one to allow the service to take place. Then I was pleased to find that my service was completed in little more than one hour despite the waiting room being full of other customers.
