The best quality of Rosenthal landrover is probably their customer service. They maked sure to do anything they can to satisfy the customer and their concerns. I wanted to install a luggage rack on my Ranger customer service. They maked sure to do anything they can to satisfy the customer and their concerns. At the end when I picked the one I wanted, I knew exactly what it would look like The price was a little high so I recieved a 10% off. More

I recently started taken my Lr3 to Rosenthal Land Rover in vienna, since I thought my last place was scamming me. I have to admit that I cant find fault with this place. I took my Jaguar in for a regular oil change. But they ended up doing a check up of all the fluids and added windshield wiper fluid and antifreeze for the winter. I had a problem with the transmisison in my 2000 Jaguar S type and had been quoted a complete transmission assembly at another repair facility. I took my car to Rosenthal Jaguar for a second opinion found o type and had been quoted a complete transmission assembly at another repair facility. I took my car to Rosenthal Jaguar for a second opinion found out all it needed was two parts. After I received the explanation from my service advisor, I authorized the repairs and hoped for the best. I haven't had a problem shifting since. This is obviously cheaper than a whole new transmission. I will continue using Rosenthal Jaguar for any other repairs that may surface. My jaguar has been good to me and I know it has more life left in it. I got my finger cross though. More

Rosenthal Jaguar has been servicing my 2005 Jaguar XJ since I bought it new from this dealer. The entire experience has been great. The place is beautifully designed and the customer friendly. Rosenthal...where do I begin. Since buying our Range Rover it has been in their shop every month for a year...yep every month for a year. 12 rental cars, 8 weeks on the lift and everything seems to hav Rover it has been in their shop every month for a year...yep every month for a year. 12 rental cars, 8 weeks on the lift and everything seems to have been replaced.....axils, batteries, alternator, radios, cd changers, radiators and even keys. The total cost of repairs has been over 32K. If we didn't have a warranty we would not be able to drive the car. Now that is the Land Rover Part...the service personnel are simply unprofessional, untimely, and cost-prohibitive. The best part was renting the Enterprise car from the attractive lady at the desk...bye bye Rosenthal no referral from me. More

I felt like a couch class passenger, boarding after the business class cabin (by the way, at that time there were only 1 JAguar owner in line). However I am very glad with the service. More
I took my '04 Range Rover in for service for an air suspension issue. When I arrived they informed me that I was also due for scheduled maintenance. I told them I had an event that night and desperatel suspension issue. When I arrived they informed me that I was also due for scheduled maintenance. I told them I had an event that night and desperately needed my car back by the end of the day. Mike told me it would not be a problem and that I would have the car back no later than 6. Around 10:30 Mike called me to inform me that my front brake pads were showing excessive wear. He told me that they could replace the brakes and still have my car ready in time. I authorized the work and sure enough Mike called me at 4:45 to tell me my car was ready. I took the loaner they gave me (which was a Jaguar, thumbs up!) back and picked up my car. When I picked it up I was surprised to find that my bill was actually significantly lower than Mike's original quote. He said he had applied their 15% off coupon. I had to talk to Hal Farrington to thank him for such great service and to tell him how thankful I was that Mike was able to help me. Overall GREAT experience. I'll never take my car anywhere else. More
