My son's beloved 1997 Jaquar was filled with water when the garage of my Georgetown Condo building was flooded due to a HUGE water main break last month. Everyone I talked to said, forget it the car was a loss. Until I talked to Joe Simoules at Rosental Jaquar. He did not make any promises but said he would do his best to save the car. And, he did. He SAVED the car! I couldn't beleive it! Joe achieved what everyone else said was impossible. Thanks Joe for going above and beyond to help us out. You are a great guy. More

The last two times I took my vehicle in, it came out with another problem. In August the Fuel pump was replaced. The next day I put gas in, and it flowed like a waterfall underneath the entire car. On 11/1 another problem. In August the Fuel pump was replaced. The next day I put gas in, and it flowed like a waterfall underneath the entire car. On 11/11/20 I took it in to get the air conditioning checked. Compressor was replaced, the next day I was driving the car and the power steering went out and the car drifted to the side, then all the lights came on and it was inoperable. Luckily I had been driving at 5:45 in the morning so there was no traffic on the road. They fixed the belt. I waited two days to get my car back, and when I got home, the mechanics had left the engine cover in the back seat, the battery cover just sitting on top of the engine, and dirt all over the drivers door. Very displeased with the mechanics. Service Advisor Tommy was very nice, but the other gentleman service advisor was beyond rude when I called stranded on the side of the road due to their negligence. More
