I've been taking my cars to Rosenthal Jaguar Tysons Corner since 2007. Their service department has been 100% honest with me from Day 1, and have gone above and beyond to take care of me many times. The best word to sum up my experience at Rosenthal Land Rover, specifically my experiece with the sales and finance staff is AMAZING! From the minute I stepped on the lot I was greeted by Gavin Kassiri, who spent the next 5 hours providing the best customer service I have ever received while purchasing a vehicle. He understood what requirements and price point I was looking for, and made every effort to make sure we stayed within range. This included pulling in an additional resource Craig Faunce, who spent about 45 minutes providing me and my family information about a specific car that was recently brought on the lot and had not yet been priced. The level of attentiveness, friendliness, and customer service I received from Gavin, Craig, and even Kasara (the finance manager) was impressive across the board. Unlike most dealership tactics, not once was I every pressured into purchasing a car that was more than the budgeted amount I communicated. The staff at Rosenthal Land Rover not only know their stuff about cars, but they were committed to getting me in the car I wanted, they went above and beyond to make sure I was given the best deal, and most importantly they made me and my family feel extremely comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. The best part of my experience is the level of attention did not end after the contract was signed. I received an extensive tutorial on my vehicle along with a thank you email the day after my purchase. I could not have asked for a better experience! More

My wife and I flew to DC from Detroit to purhcase a used vehicle at Rosenthal Jaguar & Land Rover - Tysons Corner. Craig picked us up from the train station and drove us to the dealership. After we had a chance to look at the car which we had seen online @ Ebay (a used Yukon Denali) we elected not to purchase it. There was nothing wrong with the car itself, it was perfectly represented by Rosenthal. It was just that my wife (like every woman) reserves the right to change her mind. There was one major problem, however. We had purchased one-way tickets - with the plan to drive our new car home. Then the most amazing thing happened. Craig volunteered his entire day to help us find another car to purchase. He spent hours online, calling dealers and driving us throughout the entire VA/DC metropolitan area. While we didn't find a car for my wife, we did end up buying a used Infiniti (for me). The next day (Saturday) I realized that the reason we were having such difficulty finding the right car for my wife was because we were looking at the wrong vehicles. We had always owned Suburbans and with 3 girls we naturally figured that we should stay with a Suburban/Yukon. But after looking at hundreds of vehicles we were yet to find anything she loved. Then it occured to me - maybe we started at a Jaguar / Land Rover dealer for a reason. So I called Craig and asked him if he would be able to show us some of his used Land Rovers. Of course he was more than accomodating and we drove (in my new car) back to VA from DC. After a few test drives my wife completely fell in love with a 2008 Land Rover Supercharged (black on tan). The irony was it had been on the dealer showroom floor and was the first car she sat in while we waited for the Denali to be pulled around. A short while later we were both driving our new (used) vehicles home to Detroit. Needless to say Craig will forever be the only car salesman that we'd ever completely trust. He put us and our needs first - and never expected anything for himself. And while it may have appeared to be the worst thing a saleman could do (spend your day helping another dealer sell a car) in the end he not only sold us a car - but he bought himself a customer for life! Let me begin by stating that Craig Faunce in the Internet Sales Department, is the best. He was very professional and quite approachable as well. He answered all of my questions (to my satisfaction) and ad Sales Department, is the best. He was very professional and quite approachable as well. He answered all of my questions (to my satisfaction) and addressed all of my concerns regarding the purchase of my vehicle. He took the time to go over all of the paperwork involved with the purchase and seemed to really care that I fully understood what I was signing. Mr. Faunce also took care of some minor concerns involving the car. Based on my experience with Craig Faunce, I would, without a doubt, give him an "A Plus" rating. He is definitely an assest to Rosenthal Jaguar & Land Rover - Tysons Corner. More

Craig has been extremely professional and helpful. I purchased a used Land Rover for my daughter. Craig arranged transport for the vehicle to our residence and had the service on vehicle brought up to purchased a used Land Rover for my daughter. At Rosenthal Jaguar of Tyson's corner we got outstanding customer service. Our service writer didn't tell us but we found out he came in on his day off to help us get our car serviced so we can go our famil customer service. He made sure to check all our concerns to the issues we had mentioned. he new everything about the car. By the time the car was taken care of and everything that was performed we completely trusted him. he did a great job working with the mechanics to make sure our Jag was safe and capable of making the trip back and fort to Michigan where we were going. I'm so thankful for the honesty and vigilance of the service staff at Rosenthal Jaguar. More

(There was more, but providing the specifics would only identify the victims.) -Unless their service dept improves their work ethics, and recieve additional maintenance training, I WOULD NOT recommend having them service anyones vehicle. -Their Land Rover Service Dept claims to be 1st in the nation, that may have been the case quite some time ago, but certainly not the case now. -Just be cautious when dealing with the service dept. I have spent over $130,000 within a year and a half period. I am not satisfied with my last purchase. The car had issues from day one, and it was new. (Range Rover, Lr2) Also was told that car had free maintenance like my Range Rover and low and behold, first service, $350+ dollars. More
