Great Experience I found my Range Rover by browsing through the specials listed on Rosenthal's website. After submitting an inquiry for the vehicle, the online sales r I found my Range Rover by browsing through the specials listed on Rosenthal's website. After submitting an inquiry for the vehicle, the online sales rep, Michael Blackburn, contacted me immediately and we scheduled a time for me to come in for a test drive. The next day, I took the vehicle for a test drive and loved the car. Back in the sales office, I was able to get an estimate for my trade-in (which was a very fair price). We worked that into the pricing of the new vehicle. This process was not done in some back room. We worked the numbers together, adjusting the down payment until we got to a monthly price I was comfortable with. Going through this process with the sales rep in a very transparent fashion makes the whole car buying experience so much better. I was not jerked around or left sitting in the sales office waiting to hear back on the next offer. I highly recommend Rosenthal, Mr. Blackburn, and Miss Reckendorf. They are up front about everything and make you feel very comfortable during the entire experience. More
