So, catalog in hand, I phoned Julianna Reckendorf (Accessory Specialist/ Event Coordinator for this dealership) on Tuesday. My experience with Julianna and the rest of the Accessories staff couldn't have been more top-shelf. Julianna answered all of my questions on the phone call, and we went back and forth by email as well. In the end, I get nearly all of those I ordered in the same day and Julianna was even nice enough to carry all of them (and some were pretty heavy) to my car for me while I paid at the cashier counter. She braved the 20 degree temps to provide door to door service! Bravo! This dealership keeps exceeding my expectations! More
