Mr. Gavin Kassiri provided an exceptional experience, explained the vehicle features, and accompanied us for a great test drive. After the test drive, we were interested in purchasing an Evoque. Gavin helped us find the perfect vehicle in the inventory, offered a fair price and made the process hassle free. While I would expect great customer service from Land Rover, Gavin exceeded our expectations. He took plenty of time to ensure the vehicle was adequately prepped, explained all of the vehicle features, gave us a tour of the dealership, and ensured we had everything we need to join the Land Rover family. Range Rover Purchase I went in to Rosenthal Land Rover to look at the Evoques and was not expecting to buy since my current lease isn't up until September. In Oct 2014, Gavin helped me buy an LR4 for my wife as a surprise for her 40th Birthday, he took care of everything from beginning to end and ordered all the options just like I asked for. When it came to the Accessories, Julianna was AMAZING, she took care of everything and made sure it was all ready for us to pick up. So in April of 2015, I decided to buy my own Range Rover and of course I went to Gavin again who handled it from A-Z. And of course I reached out to Julianna for my accessories and once again she took care of everything for me. Even when there was a hiccup in the order, Gavin made sure to get things corrected to my satisfaction and went above and beyond what anyone else would've done.
