An unbelievable deal! As well as Ty the finance representative was able to do a lot for me to make sure that I would get the car I want at the price that was reasonable to me. All in all - this is the ONLY dealership I would recommend from here on out. Great experience I actually rode onto the Rosenthal Jaguar Land Rover lot last Friday Morning (August 14, 2015) to look at pre-owned Jaguar cars. I was greeted by Mr I actually rode onto the Rosenthal Jaguar Land Rover lot last Friday Morning (August 14, 2015) to look at pre-owned Jaguar cars. I was greeted by Mr. Gavin Kassiri, who made me feel extremely welcomed and was eager to assist me in looking at the pre-owned Jaguars on the lot. I explained to Gavin that I was looking to purchase a pre-owned car for my wife's birthday, September 30. The wife and I both agreed a pre-owned car would be the best buy if we could find the exact car we wanted. Gavin listened to me and promised to do his best to find the car, my wife and I would consider buying. Now! Here is the unbelievable part of this story; Gavin called me on Wednesday or Thursday with the most amazing deal on a 2015 Jaguar XJL, the exact car my wife wanted. We purchased the car on Thursday and drove the car home Friday Night, August 21, 2015. I have bought numerous new cars but this was the best experience I've ever experienced with a dealership. Mr. Kassiri and everyone at the Rosenthal Dealership that I've met during this transaction has been the ultimate professionals. I feel Gavin and I met for reasons other than the sale/purchase of a fine automobile; his and my relationship will continue to blossom!
