As a repeat customer of Rosenthal I had high expectations with how the interaction process would transpire. However, the team at Rosenthal has just gotten even better than the last time. My salesman again was Michael Blackburn, aka "Internet Mike". Mike tirelessly worked to put the deal together by going to great lengths to find the perfect Range Rover for me. Rosenthal didn't have the exact vehicle I was looking for and Michael never tried to push me onto something they had in stock. He simply rolled up his sleeves and went to work for me finding EXACTLY what I wanted. He was able to find a vehicle which matched perfect my requested options. I could not have ordered one any closer to what I wanted. Throughout the entire process he maintained a casual friendly professional relationship and was always quick to respond to my calls, emails, and texts. He maintained communication even on his days off. Does this guy even take a day off? He stayed in constant communication keeping me apprised of the latest updates. I could not ask for more in a salesman. If that weren't enough, next steps up the legendary Tyler Tart to close the deal. What can be said that has not already been said on the Internet about this man. He simply makes you feel like you've been known each other since childhood. He's knowledgeable, polite, and made all the paperwork a breeze. He was also able to answer directly every question I came up with about the lease program. And I ask a lot of questions.
