As luck would have it Jerome answered the p When I found two CPO Land Rovers at Rosenthal that sparked my interest I called to schedule a test drive. As luck would have it Jerome answered the phone and was quick to recognize me from previous dealings (always a good way to start a conversation). He confirmed that the Land Rovers were in stock and had the keys ready when I arrived for test drives. Jerome acknowledged that he had driven both vehicles and preferred one over the other. After driving both I agreed with his assessment and we closed the deal. It's obvious Jerome takes pride in his work and has the customers best interest in mind. This was evident when after taking delivery I called Jerome and informed him that the rear cargo cover was missing from the Land Rover. Without hesitation he said bring the vehicle in so he could install a new cover. When I arrived he came out and promptly installed the cover ( good customer relations on Jerome's part). Come time to purchase another Land Rover from Rosenthal, Jerome will be my salesmen of choice. On the finance side, Tyler was able to save me some money by offering an interest rate below a prearranged loan rate. Needless to say I was please with the financial outcome. More

I actually was in to schedule regular service for my car, stopped in to say hello and basically ended up taking delivery on a new vehicle in lieu of the service. Shawn Sutton was also great and Tyler Tart efficiently handled the paper work. The process was hassle free, no pressure and more than fair each step of the way. We have purchased several Land Rovers over the years (mostly in Maryland since we live in Bethesda) and have never thought twice about shopping anywhere else after we transitioned to Rosenthal.
