I have revisited the dealer on 3 separate occasions and Michael Paluh; our Sales Advisor alwaYS GREETED MY WIFE AND I WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT, COURTESY AND KINDNESS. Michael is an awesome gentleman. Now Michael our Service Advisor has a ritualistic approach to working with his client, i.e. he knew I was coming in for the first service and state inspection, greeted me by name, went over expectations and executed the process flawlessly. Vehicle was serviced in less than a couple of hours and he kept me abreast where the vehicle was in the process at least three times throughout the process. Michael ensured that the vehicle was washed and parked near the front as if it was coming off the showroom floor, how about this they both are commended for their courteous and professional dispositions , Job well done!
