I called with a dead battery/problematic 2020 Jaguar F Pace on CHRISTMAS EVE at 3:30pm (they closed at 5) and he told me to bring it in on and told me they had a loaner w battery/problematic 2020 Jaguar F Pace on CHRISTMAS EVE at 3:30pm (they closed at 5) and he told me to bring it in on and told me they had a loaner waiting for me. He helped me with the utmost respect and full undivided attention when I arrived at 4:30pm. I received a call back the day after Christmas and all my issues were resolved, car cleaned & vacuumed, and everything explained honestly and accurately. Michael is great and so is Rosenthal Jaguar/Land Rover. I used to have a Land Rover I would take to Bethesda Jaguar Land Rover and NOPE, I’ll never be back there again as long as Rosenthal is open!
