KZ was fantastic to work with. I called 1 hour before my arrival and the car was outside waiting for my test drive. I purchased on NYE 2020. He was sensitive to that fact and we quickly went thorough the arrival and the car was outside waiting for my test drive. I purchased on NYE 2020. He was sensitive to that fact and we quickly went thorough the typical credit check etc. The whole process lasted about 2.5 hours from beginning to end. My only recommendation for the dealership is to be a little more organized with the financing portion of the transaction. I am almost 30 days out and still haven't received any finance info. Secondly I have a FICO of 830 and they have run my credit 3 times since 12/31/20? Other than that I would highly recommend the dealership because of KZ's customer service and selection of vehicles. Just tell the finance people to keep the hard inquiries to a minimum. More
