I had my best car buying experience to date thanks to my sales rep, Hammad Arshad. I submitted an inquiry to the website and within minutes, Hammad reached out to help assist me in the car buying process. D sales rep, Hammad Arshad. Due to my busy work schedule, I was unable to answer a call during the day and Hammad worked around it and texted me to get everything set up. On the day of my schedule appointment, Hammad greeted me at the door and got right to work using the information I had already provided to him. During our test drive, he took the time to highlight all the features the car had to offer and tailored them to my needs. He then talked me through the next steps with finance and what to expect and then greeted me on the other side of the process and walked me to my new car. Not only did he hand over the keys, but he put on my plates for me and highlighted additional features I would find useful. I cannot say enough good things about Hammads customer service and support!
