Tommy Rouguex has been managing the service on my Range Rover since 2011. I never appreciated him more than when I stuck in NY for COVID quarantine and my car gave me problems, I had it checked out with Rover since 2011. I never appreciated him more than when I stuck in NY for COVID quarantine and my car gave me problems, I had it checked out with the dealership in NY, who had come back with numerous unrelated recommendations. I consulted with Tommy on their recommendations and I declined service.. I and came back to Virginia and brought it in to Tommy and was happy that most all of NY’s recommendations were unnecessary and nonessential. I thank Tommy for his interest in my cars true welfare and only recommending service wrk that I truly need and is due. THANK YOU TOMMY!! More
