Really the main thing is having to wait for nearly 4 months for an appointment. I had updated my appointment 2 to 3 months ago with information about the splash panel coming loose on me going down the h months for an appointment. I had updated my appointment 2 to 3 months ago with information about the splash panel coming loose on me going down the highway and getting damaged. Then being told they had not ordered the splash panel for the bottom of the car, when informed they didn't secure it after service. I will have to make another appointment once it comes in. Just could have been handle in one trip with a little more organization. Not overly upset just information for you. Thnx Brian More

My first experience at this dealership was not the best. The second experience was a day and night difference. I appreciated both gentleman I spoke to at the service desk and the effort taken to take care o The second experience was a day and night difference. I appreciated both gentleman I spoke to at the service desk and the effort taken to take care of the issue now instead of July - the next open date. The only thing that could have been done better was to let me know the part was $75 and labor for an hour and twenty minutes was $546. I don’t understand the cost even tho everything has gone up but seems rather high. Maybe this is overtime for being after 4:00? Not sure but it’s fixed and both gentlemen listened. More
