I have always had great experiences with Lexus, Range Rover and Jaguar. I took my car in Nov. 29 for regular maintenance. I was given excuses the next 2 days on why my vehicle wasn't ready. My emails, phone messages and texts went unanswered. Finally on Monday Dec. 5 I was informed the vehicle was ready.
