Andy was responsive when I needed him, but after you having my vehicle for 5.5 weeks and 12k later, it is VERY frustrating to have my vehicle delivered back to me not all the way fixed. I am having to b having my vehicle for 5.5 weeks and 12k later, it is VERY frustrating to have my vehicle delivered back to me not all the way fixed. I am having to battle with insurance again to get body work that was missed fixed locally and it was sent back with a dead SOS functionality battery. Just ridiculous with the time frame and money spent. It is also a major inconvenience being 2 hours away. In my opinion, you are in the customer service industry and I shouldn’t have to continually ask for it to be made right. It should have been offered up front considering how long it took to get my vehicle back in the first place. Just not very thorough work. More

Jaguar engineering gets a zero I will not purchase another Jaguar due to the repair cost. 26,000 miles on my 2018 f pace, low miles but out of Jaguar engineering gets a zero I will not purchase another Jaguar due to the repair cost. 26,000 miles on my 2018 f pace, low miles but out of warranty because of age. Fuel sending unit goes out, I run out of gas because of faulty gas gauge reading, it burns up the fuel pump in the process AND I am stranded on the highway. Then I learn the repair cost is $3,500.00 partly because the ONLY way to rectify the issue is to purchase a new gas tank as well as said parts. Bad bad bad, this is not a Ferrari. Not a good long view re customer happiness. More
