Really the main thing is having to wait for nearly 4 months for an appointment. I had updated my appointment 2 to 3 months ago with information about the splash panel coming loose on me going down the h months for an appointment. I had updated my appointment 2 to 3 months ago with information about the splash panel coming loose on me going down the highway and getting damaged. Then being told they had not ordered the splash panel for the bottom of the car, when informed they didn't secure it after service. I will have to make another appointment once it comes in. Just could have been handle in one trip with a little more organization. Not overly upset just information for you. Thnx Brian More

I will start this by sharing I didn’t purchase my Land Rover from this dealership. I would have liked to though none of the available Discovery vehicles had the exact features I required. I am giving this dealership five stars because I had the pleasure of working with Raphael. Raphael was patient with me over the phone, I am out of state, as we went through each of their available vehicles only to find none of them had the features I needed. I was in town the next day and stopped in thinking I had missed a vehicle. It turned out I had not. Raphael was just as helpful with me knowing I was on my way to another dealership to purchase the vehicle I found that had the features I required. He wasn’t only patient but he gave me a pivotal piece of advice to make sure I purchased a quality vehicle. I will refer anyone to Raphael and I hope to work with him in the future. More
