I told the dealer I rotated my tires the day before the scheduled oil change and did not want them rotated again and they did anyway and continued to charge me for it More

Hi Brent, when your wife dropped your vehicle off our advisor, Andy, went through everything included in this service package and nothing was mentioned to him about a prior rotation. As Andy later explained to you, a rotation was needed so the 2 tires with more tread were on the front off the vehicle vs the rear. We'll be more than happy to review the inspection with you again and the reasoning behind this. Feel free to give Andy a call any time.
