Thank you for your feedback and we deeply regret the extended repair time, which has caused you considerable frustration. As we understand the situation, the damage your vehicle sustained was from hitting a truck tire tread on the highway and it was substantial, leading to a comprehensive repair process. Unfortunately, the repair timeline was further prolonged due to unforeseen parts delays and the paintwork required to restore your vehicle to its pre-accident condition. We learn with every experience, so we now realize that any physical damage always needs to be sent to a body shop, even if it will cause further delays in the repair process. As for the warning light issue, we are aware of its significance and the inconvenience it poses. Regrettably, the required part to resolve this specific concern is still on order, something that is clearly beyond our control. Once the part is on hand, our skilled technicians will immediately prioritize its installation to eliminate the warning light and ensure the overall functionality and safety of your vehicle. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we deeply appreciate your patience during this challenging time. We recognize the inconvenience you've experienced and understand your frustration.
