I took my 6-mo. old L.R. in for service to have the Info Sys software updated to fix a glitch. The work was done expeditiously; however, before leaving I noted that old L.R. in for service to have the Info Sys software updated to fix a glitch. The work was done expeditiously; however, before leaving I noted that the passenger side AC now appeared not to be working. When I brought this to their attention and after some wrangling, attitudes changed, and I was told that I would need to bring the car back for a servicing appointment which they would schedule 2 months hence. During my wait, my companion and I observed that there were many workers present but no customers. Sales staff wondered around and played on cell phones; no one came in for auto servicing. A noticeably strange atmosphere for a car dealership. This was my 2nd time with this dealership, the 1st with questionable results, and now put off for 2 months before I can have my issue addressed. It's a beautiful looking dealership, but "all that glitters isn't gold!" More

Andy was responsive when I needed him, but after you having my vehicle for 5.5 weeks and 12k later, it is VERY frustrating to have my vehicle delivered back to me not all the way fixed. I am having to b having my vehicle for 5.5 weeks and 12k later, it is VERY frustrating to have my vehicle delivered back to me not all the way fixed. I am having to battle with insurance again to get body work that was missed fixed locally and it was sent back with a dead SOS functionality battery. Just ridiculous with the time frame and money spent. It is also a major inconvenience being 2 hours away. In my opinion, you are in the customer service industry and I shouldn’t have to continually ask for it to be made right. It should have been offered up front considering how long it took to get my vehicle back in the first place. Just not very thorough work. More
